About Sheilah Buack-Shelton

Sheilah Buack-Shelton joined The Estate Lawyers in 2023 with over two decades of legal experience employed previously by Fortune 500 companies and Law Firms such as Qualcomm, Genentech, Jones Day, and Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP. Sheilah has led operations in several high-profile complex trials in Federal Court, California Superior Courts, in front of MDLs and the International Trade Commission.

As Director of Legal Operations, Sheilah oversees day-to-day office operations including business administration, process improvement, employee relations and HR. recruiting/talent retention, information technology, organizational budgeting, internal controls, and safety protocols and procedures. She has the proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse business functions, and positively impacts the implementation of innovative solutions that increase efficiency and efficacy.

Sheilah earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California at Berkeley. She competed as a Division One Athlete on Cal’s Gymnastics Team, and after graduating from college, served as Assistant Coach for over two years and continues to mentor young athletes.
