Alli Thorburn is a Litigation Paralegal at The Estate Lawyers, bringing over 14 years of experience in the trust and estate legal field. Her background spans estate planning, trust administration, probate, guardianships, and conservatorships, with a particular passion for trust and estate litigation. She thrives in the complexities, strategy, and problem-solving required in contested matters, and her depth of experience allows her to support attorneys and clients with efficiency, precision, and a strong understanding of both the legal and human sides of these cases.
In her role, Alli plays a key part in supporting case progression and client communication, helping ensure matters move forward with clarity and organization. She is known for her ability to navigate complex legal issues while maintaining a steady, thoughtful approach for clients during often challenging and emotional situations. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail contribute to a seamless experience across all stages of a matter.
Alli’s interest in trust and estate law began early, inspired by her mother, a longtime probate paralegal. As a child, she often accompanied her mother to classes taught at Santa Clara University, where she spent hours in the back of the classroom—quietly absorbing an introduction to the probate world. That early exposure shaped her career path and fostered a lifelong appreciation for the field. Today, she brings that same dedication, institutional knowledge, and genuine care to her work, making her a valuable asset to the firm.
Outside of the office, Alli enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, often taking beach walks and unwinding with a sunset at the end of the day. She is an avid sports fan who enjoys attending live sporting events and following her favorite Bay Area teams, as well as cooking at home and reading thriller novels. Alli values time spent with family, friends, and her dog, Axel.
