Kelly O’Connor serves as Chief of Staff at The Estate Lawyers, bringing more than 15 years of legal management and operational experience and over 26 years in the legal field. Throughout her career, Kelly has been a trusted leader in compliance and firm operations, with deep expertise in developing policies and procedures, managing client audits, building business relationships, and providing high-level operational oversight.

Prior to joining The Estate Lawyers, Kelly spent more than two decades with a default services firm in Miami, Florida, where she oversaw firm operations, compliance, human resources, and all legal and IT security audits. In 2024, she relocated back to Southern California, bringing with her a wealth of institutional knowledge and leadership experience that continues to strengthen the firm’s operational excellence.

Known for her diligence, integrity, and strategic mindset, Kelly plays a key role in ensuring the firm runs efficiently, securely, and in full compliance with industry standards—allowing the legal team to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys cooking and baking, traveling, and spending quality time with her daughter and their beloved dog, Brooklyn.
