Ideal Candidate
- You’ve first- or second-chaired at least five trials in trust and probate litigation and love the thrill of trial work.
- You are comfortable in the courtroom, at depositions, and at the negotiating table, with a knack for persuasive writing and case strategy.
- You are personable, easily building strong relationships with clients while earning the respect of opposing counsel.
- You are committed to achieving the best outcomes for your clients, balancing aggressive advocacy with professional diplomacy.
Qualifications
- Five (5)+ years Attorneys who handle trusts and estate litigation matters.
- Prepared for and attended a minimum of 25 depositions and five trials, organizing, saving and uploading evidence for virtual depositions
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the Probate Code, CRC, and CCP.
- Ability to proactively run a case from inception through trial within minimal supervision.
- Tech savvy
- Proficient in MS Office suites.
- Proficient with Clio
- Comfortable with meeting minimum billable requirements and time entry systems.
- Team player.
