Brooke A. Buchanan, Esq. is a Litigation Attorney at The Estate Lawyers with a diverse litigation background spanning trust and estate disputes, business litigation, personal injury matters, employment law, and municipal litigation. Since being admitted to the State Bar of California in 2012, Brooke has built her career around courtroom advocacy, representing clients in complex and often high-stakes disputes throughout Southern California.
Prior to joining The Estate Lawyers, Brooke spent several years serving as a City Attorney for municipalities across Southern California, where she handled a wide range of litigation matters and advised public entities on legal strategy and risk management. Her broad litigation experience gives her a unique perspective when navigating contentious trust and estate disputes, allowing her to approach cases with both strategic insight and practical problem-solving skills.
Known for her strong advocacy skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client service, Brooke works closely with clients to help them navigate challenging legal disputes with confidence and clarity. She is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Outside of the office, Brooke enjoys spending time in her vegetable garden and exploring California’s lakes, rivers, and coastline while fishing. Her appreciation for the outdoors provides a welcome balance to the fast-paced world of litigation.
