Dianne Arguilla-Shimakura, MBA, MA, SPHR-SCP, is a senior Operations and Human Resources executive with over 25 years of experience driving organizational transformation, operational strategy, and human capital alignment across professional services and high-growth environments. She currently serves as Director of Operations at The Estate Lawyers, where she leads firm-wide operational strategy, organizational design, and performance optimization to support scalable and sustainable growth.
Her expertise is rooted in Human Resources and Organizational Development, with a focus on integrating people, process, and performance to build cohesive, high-performing organizations. Dianne is known for translating strategy into execution through KPI-driven performance systems, leadership development, and operational standardization—ensuring alignment across teams while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
She is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a trusted advisor to executive leadership and growth-stage organizations, with experience spanning finance, HR, consulting, and enterprise operations.
Dianne holds a Master’s degree in Management from Harvard University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Management and Entrepreneurship, summa cum laude, and completed multiple associate degrees across business administration, business management, accounting, real estate, liberal studies, and arts, reflecting a strong multidisciplinary academic foundation.
In addition to her executive leadership, Dianne is actively engaged in community impact initiatives, serving as a long-standing volunteer with Susan G. Komen and as volunteer staff with Habitat for Humanity International, supporting health advocacy and community development efforts.
