Michael is a Senior Litigation Attorney with The Estate Lawyers. His practice focuses on trust litigation, trust and estate administration, beneficiary representation, fiduciary disputes, elder abuse litigation, and contested conservatorship and guardianship matters.
Michael is committed to protecting the interests of beneficiaries, trustees, and families facing complex legal and financial disputes. His background in post-mortem planning and trust/estate administration gives him a practical understanding of the legal and strategic issues that arise in contested matters. He works closely with clients to understand their goals, explain their options, and develop a clear path forward during what is often a difficult and deeply personal time.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law in 2006 and his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2003.
He is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section and The Federalist Society.
Michael lives in Ladera Ranch with his wife, Kristen, and their three sons. Outside the office, he is active in his community, volunteers with youth sports, and enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
